I’m sure we were all anticipating June to give us loads of new songs to listen to and, guess what! It has! Nearly 200 of them on Anna’s playlist at this moment in time. So, get ready to find your new favourite artist in all last month has to offer.

Pride is almost upon us! And so, to celebrate, I’m bringing you dozens and dozens songs by LGBT artists. You will be able to dance the whole month!

Like always, the selection is super wide and by selection I honestly just mean every single song I know of that was released in May. (Of course, if you yourself are an LGBT musician and have an upcoming single, please do let me know about it!) In the post itself I’m highlighting a few songs that especially caught my ear, but I hope it’s obvious I adore more than these twelve!

And just before I leave you to it, here’s a little reminder that we’re taking a blog hiatus in June. Yes, during Pride Month! We do have hundreds of posts from the nearly 5 years of blogging we’ve done, though, so there’s enough to keep you going while we’re gone!

New year, new songs! I don’t know about you, guys, but personally I had a pretty good January. And the music I was listening to definitely was a giant contributor! So let’s talk about all the songs LGBT artists releases last month! (Well, by “all” I mean the songs I know about…)

I’m changing the format of those posts the tiniest bit for the new year: they will now feature 12 songs I wanna feature (some favourites, some I think you must put on your radar) and I won’t be noting down the labels the artists use to describe themselves anymore (that part always felt lowkey invasive).
